How to avoid Carpal Tunnel

Several exercises that are recommended to avoid Carpal Tunnel Syndrome are:

1) Stretching your hand(arm) and exercise your wrist regularly. (After 1 hour or two of working)

Hand or Arm Excercise







2) Don't put too much stress or pressure on your hands and wrists. (use your elbows and shoulders instead)

3) Take short breaks during work.

4)Get your arms, wrists massaged

5)Avoid sleeping on your hands.

6)If you are a regular user of the computer you can set your keyboard in a flat position rather than a slanting position. Follow a proper posture while sitting on your computer





7)Try using a mouse pad and avoid resting it on the desk

8)Don't tie the hand bandage very tightly.
